Dawn Wells or Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island shows a different way to peel potatoes. It's definitely an interesting way of peeling them. It may not always be feasible this way depending on how you are making your potatoes, but would definitely make mashed potatoes go faster. What do you think of the video?

Well it is less wasteful than just regular peeling. MIght have to give that a try sometime.
