A short and sweet post today.
I created these gems awhile ago while looking for a good, but not plain pancakes recipe. They quickly became a favorite in the family with a great combinations of flavors. This recipe makes a quite a few with 5 people to feed and its always nice to have leftovers the next day for breakfast but can easily be cut in half if your looking to make for less people.
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Cups Milk
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Maple Extract
Oil or Butter for Cooking
Heat a skillet over medium and coat with oil or butter. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and extracts. Add the the wet to the dry stirring until combined. Using 1/4 Cup measuring cup pour batter onto skillet, flip when bubbles start to form on the edges, browning both sides.
