I made these suckers yesterday while a can of crescent rolls sitting in the fridge were staring at me about to expire. I've always been amorous of all the lovely recipes containing nutella in them. Most of them are absolutely gorgeous too. So while I was looking at these lowly crescent rolls, why not add some nutella to them and make a dessert? Pure success!
If you are looking for more ways to use nutella, I highly suggest you check out Bell'alimento. Queen of Italian food, Lover of Nutella. And make sure to keep a look out for her new site Bellanutella coming soon. <3 Paula.
Nutella Crescents
1 8 oz can of crescent rolls
1 Jar of Nutella
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll the crescents out into their little triangles. Place about a teaspoon of nutella towards the large end of the triangle.
Lick your spoon, dip your finger in, enjoy the hazelnut and chocolate awesomeness.
Roll the crescent up like you would normally, pinching the edges together so the chocolate doesn't ooze out and create a big ol' mess while baking.
Place on a baking sheet and continue with the rest. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
When cooled, remove to a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
Now enjoy!
